NBA In-Season Tournament Expansion

Following the success of the NBA Cup (formerly the In-Season Tournament), this proposal expands the concept to include a mid-season prize structure that gives meaningful stakes to regular season games. Teams would be seeded within groups based on their first 20 games, with group winners advancing to a knockout bracket played in December. Prize money would be distributed to all roster members of the winning team.
